Shared inbox: more hands on your inbox

Invite teammates into your inbox with one-time links. They answer from their own accounts, on exactly the links you grant, and everything stays yours.

Get your link

One person answering everything doesn't scale. Sharing your login isn't the answer.

bespoke accounts live behind one secret URL. That's beautifully simple for one person, and completely wrong for two.

The moment a second person needs to answer messages, the workaround is ugly: hand over your secret URL and they are you. Every link, every setting, every conversation, full control, no attribution, no way back short of regenerating the URL and breaking everything.

A shared inbox built properly looks different: teammates connect with their own accounts, see only what you granted, answer as a visible member of your team, and can be revoked in one click. No team entity to administer, no seats to bill, no shared credentials. You grant, they help, you stay the owner of everything.

Four bottlenecks of the solo inbox.

Coverage Vacation, illness, a conference week. Messages pile up because only one login can answer them.
Grant access before you go; revoke when you're back. Conversations never wait on you.
Volume Past a few busy links, one person replying is the queue. Everything queues behind your sleep.
Teammates answer in parallel from their own accounts, with their names on the replies.
Attribution With a shared login, "who said this?" has one answer: you. That erodes trust with the person you're talking to.
Replies carry the teammate's name and a team badge. People always know who they're talking to.
Trust boundaries A new helper shouldn't see your personal link just because they cover your support one.
Grant all your links or exactly one, chosen at invite time. Scopes never silently widen.

Invite by link, answer as a team.

01

Send a one-time invite link

Each invite works once, expires in 24 hours, and can be revoked before it's used. You choose the scope when you create it: all your links, or just one.

02

They connect with their own account

No credential sharing, ever. Their access lives in their login, and their replies show their name with a team badge on your chats.

03

You stay the owner of everything

Teammates read and reply. Deleting conversations, destroying rooms, changing settings, billing: those stay with you alone. Revoke access in one click and every conversation stays exactly where it was.

Things people ask.

Can a teammate see links I didn't grant?+
No. Access is all your links or one link, set when you create the invite, and it never widens on its own. A teammate granted your support link will never see your personal one.
What does the person chatting see?+
The same chat as always, with one difference: replies from a teammate carry their name and a team badge instead of yours. Nobody is impersonating anybody.
Can a teammate delete my conversations?+
No. Teammates read and reply, full stop. Deleting conversations, destroying rooms, and changing settings stay with the owner: you.
What happens when I revoke access?+
Their access ends immediately. Nothing is deleted: conversations they replied to, and every message in them, stay in your inbox exactly where they were.
