What Pro includes
- new Pro now covers every paid feature at once: custom link addresses, custom styling (your own CSS and the theme presets), verified identities for senders, the shared team inbox, connecting external chat apps (Dino, Conversations and friends), and removing the "bespoke" label from embedded chat buttons. Everything you already set up keeps working if a subscription lapses: saved styling keeps rendering, custom addresses keep resolving, verified senders keep verifying, and your team keeps their history; only new changes and additions ask for Pro.
Pro is one plan and it covers everything bespoke charges for. As of today the list is complete:
Custom link addresses: your chat page at bespoke.talk/c/your-word instead of a random string.
Custom styling: your own CSS on each link's page, plus the built-in theme presets.
Verified identities: let senders prove who they are across chats, with a secret only you issue.
The shared team inbox: invite teammates who can read and reply in your conversations, scoped per link or across all of them.
External chat apps: use Dino, Conversations, or any XMPP client with your bespoke account, not just the browser.
Branding removal: drop the small "bespoke" label from the chat launcher embedded on your site.
One promise covers downgrades: nothing you already set up stops working. Saved styling keeps rendering, custom addresses keep opening, verified senders keep verifying, your team keeps its history, and already-connected apps keep connecting. Only making new changes or adding new members asks for an active subscription.
