- new Signed in, the chat already knows who you are: it shows a quiet "Chatting as {your name} · via app.bespoke.talk" chip on your side and arrives with a ✓ verified badge on ours, always continuing the same thread. Signed out, it behaves like any anonymous chat.
Questions, bugs, ideas: until now they meant email, or finding a link somewhere. There's now a small "Chat with me" button floating around the app (everywhere except Chats, so it never crowds your reply box), and it opens a direct chat to us without leaving whatever you're doing. It's the same embed you can put on your own site, pointed at ours.
Because you're signed in, the chat already knows who you are. You'll see a quiet chip at the top, "Chatting as {your name} · via app.bespoke.talk", and on our side your message arrives with a ✓ verified badge and your account id, so nobody has to ask "who is this?" first. Every message you send continues the same thread, so the conversation picks up where you left it, even weeks later.
You skip the nickname step entirely, and if you ever open the app signed out, the same button still works: it just behaves like any anonymous chat, the way your own visitors experience your links.
