Remove the branding from an embedded chat button
- new Pro members can drop the small "bespoke" label from the chat launcher embedded on their own sites: a toggle on the link's Appearance page, in the Embed section. The chat button itself stays (it is how people reach you). Setting it is a Pro feature; links that already have it keep working if a subscription lapses.
When you embed the bespoke chat launcher on your own site, it shows two things: your chat button, and a small "bespoke" label beside it. The label is how the product gets discovered, but it is not essential to your page.
Pro members can now remove it. On the link's Appearance page, in the Embed section, a toggle labeled "Remove bespoke branding from the launcher" drops the label; the chat button itself always stays, because it is how visitors reach you.
Two things worth knowing. Removing the label also removes the link back to bespoke from your page (that is the point of the label, after all). And if a Pro subscription lapses, links already set to hide it keep working that way; only changing the setting again is a Pro feature.
