Photos now render inside the conversation itself, as part of the message, on every surface: your inbox, the embed, and the full-page chats. Links written inside a sentence become real links, and a message that is nothing but an image link shows the image itself.
Documents and other files keep their compact chip form, name and paperclip, one click to open. All of this rides the same delivery the chat already used; there is no separate upload to configure.
