A nudge when your file storage fills up
- new Files shared in your chats count toward a storage guideline (100 MB on the free plan, 1 GB on Pro). When you pass 80% and again at 100%, the dashboard mentions it and you get one email per milestone. Nothing is blocked or deleted; it is a heads-up to clear space or upgrade.
Files shared in your chats (images and anything else sent through bespoke) take up storage. There is a guideline for how much: 100 MB on the free plan, 1 GB on Pro.
When you pass 80% of your guideline, the dashboard mentions it, and you get one email. The same happens at 100%. One email per milestone, ever: it is a heads-up, not a drip campaign.
Nothing is blocked and nothing is deleted. The guideline exists so a single account cannot quietly accumulate forever; if you are near it, clear out old files or move to Pro for ten times the room.
